After months of delays, this year's web page is starting to get updated! So far, the layout is very similar to last year's, although there will likely be some changes over the next few weeks. If you're looking for last year's minutes and funding, there are archive links on the respective pages.

So GUESS WHAT!

THe Finance Committee is undergoing some changes. We have now restrucutre the process to make it more effective AND efficient. Applicants will still have to submit their funding requests, but also will have to book only 15 min interview times with a panel of appointed individuals. This new structure will hopefull save not only the applicants more time, but also to those on the committee. We also hope to make the committee more transparent and updated.

The final two Finance Committee Meetings before the winter term will be held on Thursday, November 27th and Tuesday, December 2nd in BA2155 at 6pm. Applications will be due on Friday, November 21st and Friday, November 28th at 11:59pm for the respective meetings. All details on how to apply for funding can be found in the "Apply for Funding" page on this website. More information can be found in the Finance Brochure under "Documents." If you have further questions please contact the VP Finance at vpfinance@skule.ca.

Please RSVP for either meeting you are planning on attending as pizza will be provided.

To all Clubs,
It's that time of year again. Affiliated clubs Funding Requests are now being accepted for the 08-09 school year. Please send your proposals to vpfinance@skule.ca. Funding will be approved at the next Finance Committee Meeting on Thursday, July 24th 2008. Proposals/Funding requests will be due on Sunday, July 20th.

There will also be a MANDATORY Clubs Information session for all clubs on Tuesday, July 15th. At this session you will be given all the information about how to apply for funding and all services that the Engineering Society offers.
